Training session
Football Australia recommends that each session should be split into FOUR components:
1: BALL MASTERY - 10 Minutes
Engage the players as soon as they arrive. Ball touches!
3: MIDDLE GAME - 15 Minutes
Conduct fun football exercises.
2: BEGINNING GAME - 15 Minutes
Warm up to the session ahead. With/without balls.
4: END GAME - 20 Minutes
Warm up to the session ahead. With/without balls.
