Traffic Lights
"Traffic Lights" is an imaginative and dynamic drill that combines ball mastery with fun and interactive gameplay, suitable for players of all ages. Set within a 30m x 20m area, each player has a ball and dribbles around the area, acting as their "car." The coach plays the role of the traffic light, giving various commands that the players must respond to with specific actions. This drill encourages players to focus on ball control, agility, and listening skills, all within a playful and engaging setting.

- RED light: Stop (Sole of foot on the ball).
- GREEN light: Go (Dribble).
- Windscreen Wipers: Dribble with the ball between the inside of both feet.
- Traffic Jam: Players stop the ball, sit on it, and pretend to honk at the car in front.
- Petrol: Dribble to an outside cone and perform toe-taps.
- Race Car: Dribble fast for 10 secon
- U-Turn: Perform a skill move in the middle zone (Pull Push, Side Roll, Feint, Scissor).

- Encourage the use of the sole of the foot for stopping and controlling the ball.
