Pass and Dash Circuit
"Pass and Dash Circuit" is designed to enhance spatial awareness, passing accuracy, and fitness levels. Set within a 9m x 9m grid, this drill involves six players, each assigned a number from one to six. Players sequentially pass the ball in numerical order. After passing the ball, the player sprints to a cone placed outside the grid.
